Hacker Build Protection

I have an assembly of links to console applications A. I want to make sure that the application will not start if A.dll is modified or replaced.

One option is to use a signature with a strong name. But do you need to worry about a strong name traversal ?

Are there any other good options?

If you can create a defense, a hacker can break it. Don’t worry too much about preventing the intervention, the guys who can break it in an instant are probably all the same, and even if they did, almost nothing you could do would not constrain them.

The best advice is to license a product created by the team specifically to protect your applications in this way. As with cryptography, it is usually best not to collapse.
