I made a simple local server that listens for 127.0.0.10-00-0043 for an HTTPS request from my browser. I did not use proxy settings, just the url https://127.0.0.10/ to see the original request from the browser, and I get encrypted data, such as:

I read the “small” SSL protocol, and I thought that the first request was to set the encryption key, then the data was encrypted! Or is it in some other liek base64 format?
