Display icon and row inside a cell in a DataGridView

Question

I have a variable that I would like to display in a single DataGridView cell.

Icon stockIcon; Int stockStatus;

I already looked at http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/7tas5c80.aspx But I think its path to complex and does not show how to display variables in one cell.

I do not need the ability to edit, display only two variables.

Can someone provide me a small example?

I work in C # 4.0 and its System.Windows.Forms.DataGridView
