"ASP.NET Webforms MVP" as an alternative to "ASP.NET MVC"

A few days ago, I discovered a “thing” called the ASP.NET MVP framework ( http://webformsmvp.com/ )

What do you think about this? Is it worth taking a look at it? Is anyone already worried about this? I came from the "side of the web form" (as well as from desktop development) and really do not want to switch to ASP.NET MVC next time. Would an MVP template be a good alternative, especially for web form fans ?

In my projects, the capabilities of RAD are very important. My clients often want to see a visual prototype very soon. Therefore, for me it is preferable to use the classic ASP.NET web forms.

Or should (I) accept that web forms will not have a future? What are Microsoft plans?

It is interesting to find a balance can be important. For many companies with which I worked, the faster, the better and better not very important. For others, full control is needed, and MVC is a great answer.
