Combining multiple Access databases in SQL Server

We have a program in which each user is provided with their own Access database. We would like to combine them all together into one SQL Server database.

The problem is that using the SQL Server Import / Export Wizard, primary / foreign keys are not updated. So, for example, if one user has this table:

1 Apple
2 banana

and another user has the following:

1 Coconut
2 Cheeseburger

The final table is as follows:

1 Apple
2 banana
1 Coconut
2 Cheeseburger

Similarly, everything that refers to the Banana by its primary key (2) now refers to both the Banana and the Cheeseburger, which will not make vegans very happy.
