Android Eclipse, Dropbox, Windows, and Linux

I use my Dropbox folder to store the Eclipse workspace (instant backups), but I want to work on both Linux and Windows. (I think) in the workspace file the location of the Android SDK is stored, which is different on both machines / home / android ... and c: \ android.

Is there a way to develop Windows for one minute and Linux for the next? (the problem is the Android SDk directory.

thank
