Run a function every day at a specific time

I am developing an application in .net. At some point, I have to perform a function that works at a specific time every day. I do not want to use the Windows service. Is there any other way I can do this work?

I would just use the Windows Task Scheduler ( XP , Vista / 7 ). You can also access the Windows Task Scheduler.
