Where to start with reporting services in SQL Server 2008 R2

I installed Visual Web Developer Express 2010 and SQL Server 2008 R2 Express with Advanced Services.

How can I write reports for use with report services?

Do I need, for example, to install Visual Studio C # Express 2010?

The report designer is typically an end-user application. When you installed SQLServer 2008 R2, it should have been possible to also install Business Intelligence Development Studio (BIDS). BIDS is, in fact, a very easy installation of Visual Studio.
