Esper Query (CEP) to Count Candlesticks Every Minute

Question

I use Esper complex event processing technology to provide real-time candle counting on my system. I do a great job with the calculated values, but it’s hard for me to guarantee that the candle window starts from full minutes (one minute of the candle) and ends until the next minute (for example, candle 1 [06: 00.000 - 06: 00.999], candle 2 [06: 01.000 - 06: 01.999], etc.).

Is there a template or command in the Esper query language that can provide this functionality?

I would appreciate constructive comments and guidance.
