Is there any way to use PHP to read the contents of a .pst file?

There is a standalone program for converting PST to other formats (which can then be read using PHP extensions, for example php_imap): http://www.five-ten-sg.com/libpst/

However, as Microsoft continues to change the PST format, this does not guarantee that you can convert all PST files.
