Does MSN / Hotmail support OAuth?

I want to allow users on my site to import contacts from their hotmail account using OAuth. Is it possible?

It looks like Microsoft is working on it at the moment: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/windowslive/ff688938.aspx

They already have the OAuth WRAP library ( http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ff750690.aspx ) that you can use to connect Windows Live services, but it is in beta and is not free (you must join the beta program).

Take a look at http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ff749458.aspx . I tried to launch my Contact Us feature right now and what I have found so far. It works great!
