WPT AutoToolTip slider visible on hover

By default, AutoToolTip is displayed only when users click on the thumb, but I want to show it as soon as the mouse is over the thumb (without a click). Is it possible?

I wrote this simple code, and when the mouse over the end of the slider (all parts) is displayed quickly.

<Slider Width="100"
            VerticalAlignment="Top" ToolTip="HI ITS ME" />

So, I think you have a template for your slider, or use a tooltip type that you can turn off by default!
