How to find temporary delta of datatime string in mysql?

Question

I have a column in the database that provides date and time stamps for a series of sensor readings. I would like to segment these readings into continuous continuous sets of sensor readings. If the sensor readings are violated, then there will be a gap in the time column. And so I would like to execute a query in the datetime column, and then calculate the difference between successive readings.

Suppose my query is:

select sensor_time from sensor_table limit 10;

I would get:

The time in this example suddenly jumps from 07:10 to 07:41, which I would like to find. My question is, how can I calculate 9 time differences for these 10 date stamps? Is there a way to apply timediff () to an entire request?
