C ++ qt dll not in a good folder

Question

I did a project in a visual studio with QT, something for the taskbar with a tray icon. but on other PCs I did not see the icon because they do not have the qicon.dll file.

qicon.dll is located in the folder: C: \ Qt \ 4.6.3 \ plugins \ imageformats, but when I delete it there and I paste it into the exe location, this does not work. How can i fix this?

therefore I need a DLL, but I want it to be in the same folder as exe.
