Is there a meta tag to evaluate site content?

Question

One of my clients said that she noticed that her site was blocked in a wifi cafe in a grocery store. There is nothing scandalous about it - it's just a travel blog. He said the reason for the restriction was the Forbidden Category "Unrated".

Is there a way to apply a rating to web content so that it does not block? I have never encountered this problem before.
