Output Drupal Image Image in Alt Tag

Question

I am new to Drupal and actually only works with it for the client, but I have a group of images that I put on a list / gallery, however for the js I wrote to do some great sorting and the like, I need to so that the keyword tags are saved along with the image that should be displayed in the Alt field.

Is this a "replacement pattern" or even possible? Any links to resources or code snippets will be greatly appreciated!

You can use tokens in image fields if you enable the imagefield_tokens module . The terms of the taxonomy should be available in the form of substitution patterns in the form of field settings in the "ALT Text Settings" section (the desired token is [term-raw]).
