How to create 64-bit Visual Basic.NET in Visual Studio 2010?

Hope this is a simple question and I just forgot something somewhere ...

I am writing VB.NET stuff in VS2010 on 64-bit Windows 7. It seems that it built by default for a 32-bit target, how can I tell to make a 64-bit executable?

I went to the project properties → Compiler → Advanced, but I don’t see an option anywhere.

Oh, and this is VS2010 Express, to be clear.

This is due to the use of Configuration Manager, but is not part of the project properties.

, Configuration Manager. " " "", x64 . x64.
