Hudson git plugin will not clone repo on Linux

Ok, so I am having problems with my repo on github cloned on my Hudson server running Fedora 8. The output is the usual error output when an error occurs with git:

I had this error with the ssh: // git URL, and the problem was that I did not have Hudson "SSH Plugin" installed.
