Before debugging, you must create a solution

I am developing an ASP MVC site, when I press F5 for debugging, VS a notification error appears (like image). If a built-in solution, then debugging, this error does not appear.

Plz help me fix this error

The error is displayed as a configuration error Castle.Windsor. Are you sure your application has the correct configuration section?
