Docking Basics for Eclipse Forms / SWT

Question

I have several composites in the Eclipse editor, and the user would like to resize, enlarge, restore and move these compositions in the editor, as if each of them were a portlet.

Is there a toolkit for this, or is it something that I will need to create from basic functions such as DnD and SashForms?

There is an Eclipse RCP : you can create your own application like the Eclipse IDE.
