Are there complete examples of using winhttp in C on windows?

Question

I can find many examples in C ++, but nothing that is written only in C. I try to connect to the http server, load the returned data and then save it to a file. Is there a better way to do this on windows? Should I use WinHttp or WinInet? The Windows documentation for C seems to be sorely lacking on the Internet. Thank you for your help.
