Do I have to copy svn folders when working outside the enterprise?

Question

In my current location, I cannot access our SVN server. I copied my working folder (place on the workplace) to the DVD-ROM and now it is on my laptop (home location).

How to transfer modified files to the server? I cannot copy the entire project because the connection is too slow.

• Copy only the changed files to the working folder on the workplace and copy the changes to the server.
• Copy the modified files and svn folders of their parent directory to the working folder of the wokplace location and commit
