Here is the form that initializes Direct3D, creates a pair of vertices of the triangle and displays the video on them. Since I do not understand the vertices, it is not completely aligned correctly, but it successfully loads the video and displays it as a texture on triangles.

You need to put the scene drawing code in the event TextureReadyToRender, otherwise your video will never appear.
