How to transfer schema and data from Access 2000 to Sql Server 2008?

Question

I want to copy data from an existing Access 2000 database to an existing Sql Server 2008 database. I would prefer to be able to copy only some data so that I can add restrictions (like ON CASCADE DELETE) when I go.

Any ideas?

There is a free application provided by Microsoft called SQL Server Migration Assistant (SSMA) 2008 for Access V4.0 :
