Error import certificate for binding to access chain, error: 100013

Question

I am trying to provide an iPhone for development; I followed all the steps of the developer portal, adding and creating keychains and much more, but after double-clicking the certificate, as the developer portal says, access to keychain gives me an error:

An error has occurred. Failed to import iPhone Developer: Kevin Mendoza (RT5V4VKW2T).

Error: 100013

Also, in xcode in the organizer, this gives me an error related to keychain:

A valid signature ID matching this profile was not found in your keychain (all yellow bars and search)

How to fix it?

When I received the same error code, I went through it by importing my certificate with the following command:

sudo security import my-certificate.cer -k /Library/Keychains/System.keychain

Don't just drag and drop your file to access the keychain. Click File> Import Item ...

And unlock the login (or any gap you use).
