How to install application icon in QT on Symbian?

How to install application icon in QT on Symbian? I read here http://doc.qt.nokia.com/4.6/appicon.html about hot to install it, but it does not work for me. I created the SVG-Tiny icon (file) and wrote ICON = Resource / ico.svg in the pro file. What's wrong?

That should do it. It works for me. What you need to check:

  • Did qmake run and restore the project after editing the .pro file?
  • In the emulator environment, restart the emulator?
  • Make sure your PKG file has rules for installing both yourapp.rsc and yourapp.mif in \ resource \ apps in the target
