Moving googlecode project from svn to mercurial. Any tricks?

I support the project in googlecode. I am using svn and I am pleased with that.

However, a new member would like to use Mercurial. I am fine with this because I think this is the best choice when working with different people.

So, I need to go to my googlecode project from svn to hg. I would like to know if some of you have already done this, and if there are any tricks in the migration process?

For example, does it keep a history of changes? Anything else I should know?

Thanks in advance
