Task for each branch with perforce

I am preparing a seminary about p4, and I am trying to find the best way to use the "Task on one branch" methodology, now I use the following steps: (all from the CLI)

  • Install my client in the root folder to create new branches. View: // depot /...// myMachine / ...

  • p4 -c myClient integ -v // depot / MAIN /...// depot / myBranchX / ...

  • p4 -c myClient submit -d Branching

  • Change my client to a new branch. View: // depot / myBranchX /...// myMachine / ...

  • p4 -c myClient sync

I am wondering if there is a quick / best way to do this. Specially works with huge repositories and branches.
