Strange "â" character in cmake generates makefile errors

Awful name, sorry. I used cmake to create a makefile, and I defined g ++ as a C ++ compiler, and when I run the generated makefile with make or gmake, I get all these compilation errors and all my characters end with them. Any thoughts on what might be behind these mysterious ones?

You probably have the wrong environment setting LANG. Try setting it to Cor en_US.

If using bashsomething like export LANG=Cor export LANG=en_USshould solve your problem.
