Is there a good way to edit text values ​​in SQL Server Management Studio?

I need to edit several text fields in a SQL Server database. What would be the best way to do this? The only solution I have so far is to write an update statement (along with escaping quotes, etc.) to update it. However, this seems very cumbersome. Is there a better way?
