Freezing Delphi 2010 on startup

I tested Delphi 2010 for testing. After a few days, it starts and freezes. I just see the webpage with “how to buy” and on the right side of the last edited project. But the Delphi window does not respond to mouse events.

I tried to restore and restore it.

So ... What should I do? Maybe the project has bad files or some IDE settings are incorrect? Do you have any ideas?

Find the .DSK file for any project that it is trying to download, or the default.dsk file and delete it. Often this fixes Delphi startup errors. This file contains the desktop layout and a list of open files.
