Is there a good site to search / vote / discuss ruby ​​gems?

RubyGems.org , the official gems website, provides poor features. I want to find good gems for my website, but this is not possible. It provides only a few New Jewels / Most downloaded today gems and a list of all gems by index. And the "search" is also bad.

Does anyone know any good site for searching / voting and discussing gems?

The Ruby Toolbox is very useful for finding gems. They are sorted by category and ranked by the number of watchers / forks on github. However, there was no vote / discussion.

Typically, you figure out something you want to do, and then look for a gem, and don't look at the gems in time if you click on the functionality you find useful.

However, you can search github: http://github.com/search?type=Repositories&q=gem

But the best idea would probably be to look at other open source projects and see what they use.
