ICU citation

I am wondering if there is a way to quote a string in the ICU library (C ++). There is "\ Q" + line + "\ E", but I am generating input that is in line. There seems to be no regular expression method in the ICU. Just change everything "\ E" in the line to work \\ E.

I would send a function request to your use case. I do not think that there is currently a function for this.
