Hide ADBannerView. Can I move it to the screen?

Question

When the user changes the screen, I want to hide the current ADBannerView. Is there a “right” way to do this? If, for example, I moved it to the screen, that’s fine: I was wondering if it could show ads, and then I would break some of Apple’s agreements.

Can I also close an ad with a modal view?
