Hibernate - CDI

Question

I have several Hibernate Envers listeners that I use for auditing. I am just starting to work on CDI and am still pleasantly surprised by its simplicity and power. Since everything seems to integrate CDI functionality, I thought I would ask if Hibernate supports it or will it?

Not only would it be nice to have access to various components, but it would also be great to have access to other contextual information easily and not be limited to Hibernate interfaces.

The question should be the other way around: will CDI support sleep mode integration.
