Android Layout Manager Available for Netbeans 6.8

I just installed Android 2.2 as a NetBeans 6.8 plugin, it works, but I don’t have some tools like the ui layout manager, is this tool for specific purposes or is it available for all of them?

You might want to check out DroidDraw . You can create your ui and it generates xml files.
