.net for microprocessors

Question

I am a .net web developer. I have many years of experience in this area. Recently, I received a job offer to develop .net embedded code on .Net Arm microprocessors.

I wanted to know what costs or problems I should expect when developing on microprocessors? I know that development for the Internet and hardware are two completely different areas, but chip development will be done in .net \ C #, in which, as I said, I am experienced.

Any advice or recommendations would be most welcome.
