Aapt always compresses resource files

Question

I have an Ant build script project for my Android project. I use aapt to pack various resource files. I want resource files to be uncompressed. I tried the flag "-0", but the files are still compressed! But when I create Eclipse, the resource files are uncompressed. Why does this flag not work?

This is not the case when assets and inputs are always uncompressed. According to the Android developer , this was a mistake in the documentation, which, apparently, has now been deleted.
