How can I not allow any Firefox settings of my web application?

I created an ASP.NET mvc web application, and it seems that some of our users have started creating add-ons or extensions of some kind in Firefox to customize the application specifically for them.

Is there any way to prevent this? Can I do something with my application so that they do not have access to run the settings?

My boss is so worried that he wants to limit everyone to using IE8!

This question has already been answered, but I also suggest that you see what changes they make. If people like your site to stick to, although they are not happy with the interface and are willing to spend time changing how it works, you might want to look at including some of these changes ..
