What do I need to download to use MFC without Visual Studio?

I have Visual Studio 2008 express, and I need to use afx.h and some other things from MFC. Is there an SDK I can download, including these? I downloaded the latest version of the Windows SDK but did not enable it.

MFC is its own collection of classes for Microsoft's paid client, so I don’t think you can get their FOC (of course, legally).

You can consider Win32 ++, which is trying to simulate the functionality of MFC and its open source.

MFC is not free. You must buy at least the standard version of Visual Studio.
