Simple php SoapClient example for PayPal

Question

Can I get a simple example of using the PHP SoapClient class to make an empty call in Paypal with nothing but a version number? I have the correct WSDL URL and server, so I don't need help. This is what I have:

Of course, Paypal gives the error "Version is not supported."
