I recently started using doc-view in Emacs, but I have a lot of problems with it. The main thing is that I cannot scroll pages. I see the next or previous page with "n" or "p", but the commands for scrolling up and down the page, which are supposedly SPACE and DEL, do not work. Well, to be honest, DEL works, but it goes to the previous page, rather than scrolling to the bottom of the previous page. As a result, I can only see the top of the pdf pages, but not the bottom.
I tried to change the view to continuous, but this does not work either. This is what I was trying to change:

I checked the settings for the doc-view, but the variables (or the parameters or what they are called) did not seem to me that could solve my problem.
Additional information: At some point I managed to make SPACE and DEL, but I don’t remember what I did, and I can’t get it to work again. I am using Aquamacs.
Any ideas?
By the way, another problem is that the doc-view causes Aquamacs to crash, which means it freezes everything, keeps it “thinking”, and I need to get Aquamacs to quit for it to work again. Although this is not my main question, if someone tells me something about this, I will also be grateful.Thank!
