App store testing app with inapp purchase function

I have a few questions regarding the purchase of inApp as follows:

  • Is it necessary to make the product (when purchasing the application) before sending it, or can we do it after the application is approved. Suppose I have an inApp Purchase product that will be sold next week, and if my application with the inApp purchase version gets approval this week, then the Apple Store will check my application.

  • Does anyone know how guys from the Apple app store are testing inApp in-app purchases . Do they buy our product in inApp purchases and then test the product. What the screenshot presented for product approval in iTunes for inApp Purchase does.

Apple's pitch is mostly a hunch.

I don’t think you need to worry about how Apple is testing the in-app purchase. If your application has no available purchases; but it still works, then I think that everything is in order.

In terms of “creating your users,” it would be wise to be able to buy at least some In-App content on the day it’s live, but I don’t think it would be necessary to approve Apple’s approval.
