Clear open carts in Uberkart

Question

How do you remove open carts (pending checks) in Ubercart? I do not see the function or administrator settings unless I looked in the wrong place.

For example, I just want to empty the carts that went and added things to their cart but didn't complete the order.

uc_cart_empty () will empty the cart according to the cart id.
uc_cart_get_id () will give you the current cart id.
