What structure of Java web services do you prefer?

I am going to implement a web service in Java, but before its implementation I will decide which structure I should use. Requirements and ease of use on the JBoss platform 4.2.3.

What are your suggestions?

Instead of using the optional stack component , why not use the annotation @WebServiceintroduced in EJB3. JBoss 4.2.3 supports EJB3

Two examples

Using EJB3 web services ensures that the web services will run on any Java EE-compatible server without any changes to the server.
