A video chat / conference SDK for .NET that works?

Question

After googling and rocking for the whole day about it, and even having tried some material unsuccessfully, I give up to ask you this question -

Is there a viable downloadable SDK for .NET on this planet that you can use out of the box to add video conferencing / chat IP addresses (peer-to-peer networks) (or what people call) to a single .NET, C # application

This is exactly where I stand, and I need one ASAP. I have a WPF application that expects only this missing link.

(I tried the AVSPEED solution, does not work with my .NET Framework 4, so I need something else)
