Smooth CSS Fonts

How can I get smooth fonts? I do not want the edges to look all fuzzy.

Hacky solutions are not a problem :)

You can use some font replacement solution, such as CufΓ³n for headings, but it is too inefficient to use in large blocks of text.

If you want to change the rendering of browser fonts, you are probably out of luck because they all have their own text rendering procedures (but look at the -webkit-font-smoothinglatest versions of Safari and Chrome).
