Is there a public site for creating and sharing live C # / code examples. NET?

Question

For example, we now have this in the StackExchange Universe for Azure SQL (which does a great job with common SQL examples).

I thought it would be very nice to have a similar environment, to be able to have several class files and a console program to demonstrate the basic basic C # /. NET programming methods in real time .

Is there such an online live C # / environment. NET that we could use to publish to StackOverflow? (If not, I will post on Meta).
