Good Win32 Toolbar Tutorial?

Question

I want to add a toolbar and find out which tool was clicked. I would also like to be able to change the bitmap of the buttons on the toolbar after they have been created. MSDN does enough with all of this. Thanks

If you like to learn by example, you may find this code useful. This is the Windows shell class that I created some time ago. This is somewhat advanced because it uses Custom Draw.
