Tag Search in SharePoint 2010

Can I search by tags in SharePoint 2010? I know that you can refine your search based on a tag (search for a keyword, then filter by tags), and you can use a "tag cloud", but this does not allow you to search for more than one tag. How could I, for example, search for some documents marked as “Technical” and “Internal” and return all tags marked with both of these tags?
